How do I get paid?

You’ll receive your earnings via Stripe 24 hours after a rental ends. Payouts usually take 2–5 business days to reach your bank.

Do I need my own equipment to list something?

Yes—Rinto is a peer-to-peer platform. You list your own paddle boards, boats, jet skis, or gear.

Is there a fee to list gear?

No! Listing is free. The first 5 providers get 0% platform fees for life (Stripe processing fees still apply).

What if something gets damaged?

Each rental provider is encouraged to require security deposits and document gear before/after use. Rinto is developing insurance options—stay tuned.

Who handles the payment from renters?

Stripe handles all transactions securely. Rinto never sees or stores your banking info.

Can I rent if I don’t own gear?

Absolutely. Just create an account, find your rental, and book it directly.
