Getting Paid Through Rinto

To receive money from rentals, you’ll need to connect your own Stripe account. It’s quick, secure, and only needs to be done once.

Why do I need a Stripe account?

Rinto uses Stripe—an industry-leading payment platform—to securely deposit rental earnings straight to your bank account. Stripe handles the transfer so you don’t have to worry about middlemen or delays.

How do I connect?

You’ll be prompted to connect your Stripe account: • The first time you create a listing • Or any time from your profile or payout settings

If you’re unsure whether your account is connected, visit your dashboard and follow the Stripe setup prompts again.

When will I get paid?

Stripe releases funds 24 hours after your rental ends. Payouts typically arrive in your bank account within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank.
